Having started at Talent Formula in September 2019, Kranthi brings over 18 years of business management and operational experience with him to strengthen his capacity as COO.
Kranthi’s knowledge across a variety of industries is invaluable, particularly when in a leadership and team management capability, and as a firm believer in evolving with the times, he has an insatiable appetite for learning that serves him well in his role.
What are your key responsibilities?
As COO I’m fortunate to oversee a wide range of company activities, and be involved in the successes here at Talent Formula.
My key responsibilities lie in:
- End-to-end operations of the team in India.
- Branding, marketing, and promoting Talent Formula in India.
- Attracting, sourcing, and recruiting high-quality talent.
- Learning, development, and retention of high performing talent.
- Performance management across the teams.
- Managing and overseeing finances for the team in India.
- Ensuring an uninterrupted IT, infrastructure, and logistical support.
What do you like most about your job?
I love how I’m at the centre of all the action. I am a people person and I feel happiest when I’m able to solve problems, guide, and mentor the team.
We have a very capable and strongly bonded team and I love how we relentlessly push forward as one single unit. Overall, the vibe in the organisation and positive team culture perfectly aligns with my working style.
What has been your biggest accomplishment working at Talent Formula so far?
We have doubled in staff numbers over the last 18 months while still maintaining our exceptionally high retention rates. I’ve been instrumental in both, implementing a new HR platform and a recruitment application, as well as improving the team morale and attracting a very high-quality staff. Something I’m very proud of.
Which aspects of the company values do you most connect with?
We are a ‘people-centric’ organisation, so as a result we promote trusted relationships between teams and support each other through open and authentic communication. Everyone takes responsibility and is accountable for their deliverables, and I’m pleased to say we recognise the right talent and encourage constructive feedback.
Can you share a fun fact about yourself that others might not know?
I really enjoy producing music, and on the weekends I sometimes DJ.
