After joining Talent Formula in October 2022 during COVID, Divya Sekar has been working as Client Relationship Manager for Quantaco. She recently had the opportunity to join the Quantaco team in Australia for 6 weeks and experience their culture, working environment, and meet clients in person! We caught up with Divya after her trip to find out how it went: 

It’s been a busy first quarter for us here with the reactivation of our CSR program, a new office, celebrations, and an ever-growing team. But we wouldn’t have it any other way! Here’s what you’ve missed behind the scenes at Talent Formula for the last two months. 

We’re thrilled to announce that on the 24 February 2023, we officially welcomed our team to our new facility. Having operated in India for almost 10 years, our journey here started with humble beginnings, but we’re proud of how far we’ve come. 

Our focus is on the best talent that is the right fit for your business, which is much more than a simple one off recruitment transaction.

With strategic meetings, a new phase of our office program, and a global celebration, the last several months have been exciting for the entire team. It has also signalled the next stage of returning to work, and the growth we’ve been looking forward to post-pandemic.
