We’re thrilled to announce that on the 24 February 2023, we officially welcomed our team to our new facility. Having operated in India for almost 10 years, our journey here started with humble beginnings, but we’re proud of how far we’ve come.
We wanted to share the latest step on our journey with an inside look at our grand opening, as well as the new facilities our team are able to enjoy and utilise.
The Opening Ceremony
Our team joined us alongside Executive Director Michael O’Sullivan and Chief Operating Officer Kranthi Bommu, for a traditional opening ceremony that allowed us to show respect to, and bless the space.
After the ceremony, our teams had the opportunity to settle into the newly decorated office and become more familiar with their new workspaces. After this, we hosted a party to celebrate which was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to come together and toast our latest milestone.

Our office is brand new and has been proudly designed, and fitted to our specifications and needs. With a seating capacity of 220 and more options to expand, it highlights the growth we are hoping to continue to see this year and beyond.
Bursting with colour, and modern designs, the office is full of life already and located in the bustling Mindspace IT Park. Flooded with natural light, it includes an on-site cafeteria among its many amenities, as well as a variety of collaboration zones and areas for relaxing and recreation.
We hope this new space becomes the perfect home for our team, providing them with everything they need to foster and live by our values as we support our clients.
It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come from our humble beginnings to this latest state-of-the-art facility, and we can’t wait to see what happens next for us all at Talent Formula.
