At Talent Formula, we believe that corporate social responsibility is more than just a box to tick – it’s an integral part of who we are.
That’s why we were thrilled to kick off our 2025 CSR program with a day dedicated to making a positive impact in our local community. Our team recently had the privilege of spending time with the bright and inspiring students of Sri Saraswathi Sishu Mandir High School in KPHB.
This school plays a vital role in providing education to underprivileged students, and we were honored to contribute to their development. We understand the importance of empowering young people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, and this initiative allowed us to put that belief into action.
Our dedicated team members led a series of interactive sessions designed to impart crucial life skills, drawing on their own experiences and expertise to make the learning relevant and engaging. These sessions covered a range of essential topics, including:
- Communication – Emphasizing effective verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and the importance of clear articulation.
- Teamwork & Collaboration – Exploring the dynamics of teamwork, the value of diverse perspectives, and strategies for successful collaboration.
- Financial Literacy – Providing foundational knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and responsible financial decision-making.
- Decision-Making & Critical Thinking – Developing analytical skills, problem-solving techniques, and the ability to evaluate information critically.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving – Identifying leadership qualities, exploring different leadership styles, and equipping students with effective problem-solving strategies.
Our team members were inspired by the students’ enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and we hope that the skills and knowledge shared will serve them well in the future.
