Harvesting Hope for Sustainable Impact

At Talent Formula, we understand that true success isn’t measured solely by our business performance. We’re committed to making a positive impact – a commitment reflected in our recent Outstanding CSR Project Award for 2024.

For our latest initiative, we’ve partnered with the Ekalavya Foundation to help marginalised communities build a brighter, more sustainable future.

View some highlights of the day below.

The Ekalavya Foundation

The Ekalavya Foundation, founded in 2006, has a strong history of empowering marginalised communities in India. Their focus on organic farming and crop diversification isn’t just good for the environment – it helps communities thrive. Tribal farmers using their methods have seen their incomes rise by an impressive 40%, paving the way for a more self-sufficient future.

Harvesting Hope isn’t simply about providing funds to the Ekalavya Foundation, it’s a shared belief that everyone deserves the chance to build a better life. With this partnership, we hope to support around 100 tribal families. We’ll help them adopt sustainable farming practices, improve their livelihoods, and create a ripple effect of education and health benefits for their communities.

Talent Formula Employee Volunteering: Hands-On Impact

Our commitment goes beyond funding. On March 9th, a group of 25 Talent Formula employees had the opportunity to work alongside the Ekalavya Foundation.

This experience gave our team incredible insight into the challenges and rewards of rural life. We got our hands dirty with organic farming, helped with the harvest, and did our part in vital water conservation efforts. It truly brought home the human impact of our work.

The Power of Collaboration

At Talent Formula, we know real change comes from working hand-in-hand. Harvesting Hope shows what’s possible when businesses and non-profits come together for a common cause.

We invite you to join us in supporting this cause. If you would like to make a donation to the Harvesting Hope project, please reach out to our team.
