It’s been a busy first quarter for us here with moving into a new office, celebrations, and an ever-growing team. But we wouldn’t have it any other way! Here’s what you’ve missed behind the scenes at Talent Formula for the last two months.
Pongal Celebrations
As a multi-day celebration of harvest and thanksgiving, we recently celebrated Pongal in the office on January 13th with a sweets and snacks meet for all the staff. We had an ‘ethnic wear’ theme for the day which resulted in so many stunning colours and traditional outfits as the team shared stories of Kite flying and Rangoli drawings as well as the other ways they were planning on celebrating the festival.
It was a memorable catch-up and the perfect opportunity to welcome the new year and new resolutions with happiness.
A Dedicated Office
Built specifically to accommodate our needs as a team we moved into our new state-of-the-art facility on February 15th with a traditional opening ceremony. The 220-seater space has breakout rooms and collaboration areas specifically to suit our working styles and values, as well as amenities like an on-call doctor, a dedicated food vendor in the cafeteria, cab services for the 5:30 am morning shift, as well as much more.
It’s the perfect move to support our growing team and allows us to better help our clients.

We couldn’t miss the opportunity to share the hard work of our incredible team, and since the new year, everyone has been working harder than ever.
Employees of the Month
Congratulations to Rajesh for being recognised for his ability to manage clients and take initiative in completing his work. He received excellent feedback from his peers including, “he not only mentors his team members as well as shows great commitment and willingness to learn himself.”
Another congratulations is in order for Suvranshu who was recognised for his hard work and dedication to the team. His colleagues highlighted, “his can-do attitude and abilities to collaborate with the member firm” as just one of the reasons he was chosen as employee of the month.
