With strategic meetings, a new phase of our office program, and a global celebration, the last several months have been exciting for the entire team. It has also signalled the next stage of returning to work, and the growth we’ve been looking forward to post-pandemic.

Our Next Employee of the Quarter

Each of the nominees are very deserving, and they are really a testament to the incredible talent we have working within our team. But we could only pick one, so congratulations to our Employee of the Quarter, Santhoshi Tejaswini.
Celebrating Our Global Gala Event
On the 1st of October 2022 we were pleased to bring together employees and their families from all over India, as well as member firms and clients from across the globe. With great food, drinks, and the opportunities to interact with their team members it was a truly successful event.
We were able to showcase our journey over the last 8 years and thank all the staff who have stood by us during this time. We also introduced two new award categories, with the inaugural winners being:
- Charter Champion – Balakrishna Chellimella
- Rising Stars – Ramakrishna Bhongiri & Santosh Kumar Rayagiri

Strategic Collaboration
During our recent strategic meet, we considered the internal and external forces that shape the world in which we do business. Using these we brainstormed together and developed a future of choice. This is the aspirational description of how we would like to see things in five years’ time.
Phase 2 – Return to Office is In Full Swing
We’ve also entered into the second phase of returning to the office in our team. Alongside our new office and guest house, we’re constantly adding new incentives, services, and technology for our team.
Over the last few months this has meant the introduction of:
- Cab services for the staff travelling to the 5:30am office shift from October 2022.
- Medical services teams at reception for emergencies. A doctor-on-call will be available at the clinic established in the Ground Floor amenities area.
