- Establish and implement policies, processes, and the right organsation structure ISMS and PIMS to protect the confidentiality and privacy information of customers considering interested parties from internal and external threats.
- Secure PII and in turn protect the interests of its interested parties by implementing process, technical and administrative controls to minimise the risks.
- Promote culture in the organization that recognises confidentiality and data privacy as an integral part of its business.
- Continually improve the ISMS and PIM regular monitoring of measurable objectives.
- Comply with business, legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, as may be applicable from time to time.
- Identify and review the risk and impact of breaches of protected information and privacy information.
- Communicate information security and data privacy policies to employees, customers, and other interested parties as applicable.
