We’re pleased to share that Brian Pereira will be joining the team as our new CEO, effective 1 July.
This is a thoughtful and important step forward for the business. As demand grows and the way firms deliver accounting services continues to evolve, the need for experienced leadership becomes even more important. Brian brings exactly that.
He’s spent years building and scaling service-based businesses, leading transformation projects, and supporting teams through growth and change. His focus on operational performance, technology integration and team development aligns strongly with where we’re heading. He understands the practical challenges accounting firms face today, and what’s needed to support them in the long term.
Brian has also been a long-time connection of the business that brings trust, alignment and a running start.
Just as importantly, Brian brings the right approach. He’s measured, thoughtful, and people-first. He understands the importance of creating an environment where people can do their best work and feel part of something that’s moving forward. His experience in supporting large, distributed teams means he’s well placed to help us scale while still maintaining the culture and connection that define how we work.
For our clients, this means stronger, more strategic support. Brian brings a deep understanding of the pressures accounting firms face, whether it’s around efficiency, quality, resourcing or innovation. His experience will help us keep improving how we work, how we integrate with your systems and teams, and how we continue to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
As Brian takes on the CEO role, Michael O’Sullivan will move into the position of Head of Global Sales. Michael has been central to the growth of the business since day one. His leadership has shaped the way we work with clients, the way we support our teams, and the values that guide how we operate. He’ll continue to be closely involved, working with clients and the leadership team, and remaining a board member.
Brian will be based in Sydney, with regular time in Hyderabad to stay connected with the team and support operations across regions.
This change is about building on a strong foundation and equipping the business for what comes next. With Brian leading the way, and Michael continuing to play a key role, we’re in a strong position for the future.
